Learning Objectives

  • We are helping to bridge the gap between you and your dream to be a space architect.

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of space architectural designs. We will start from level 0 and after the course, you will have your space architecture project.

  • Get trained from experienced trainers so that you get an understanding of the challenges faced on the field.

Course Contents

  • Introduction to Space Architectural and Industry 

  • Approaches and Methods 

  • Space Architecture and it's discipline 

  • Planning Human Space Mission 

  • Types of Missions 

  • Readiness levels 

  • Types of Habitats 

Duration

  • Total duration - self paced

  • Pre-recorded sessions

Outcomes

  • Certificates to all participants with honorable mention to toppers. The selected few will also get a chance to work with AAKA Space Studio for 3 months after the course.

  • Course Delivery- Final Thesis (optional after 1 month of course/reviews will be given for whoever opts for the thesis)

  • Course curriculum

Eligibility

  • Any student or professional who wants to become a space architect can join the course.

  • Basic knowledge of architectural drawings and 3D modeling software is a plus.

  • Transfer habitats and Vehicles

  •  Habitability principles and Social Interaction Design 

  • Habitation and Design Concepts 

  • Mission Assessment Strategies 

  • Software learning - Rhino - Grasshopper, Kangaroo, Unreal engine. 

  • Heat mapping and topography learning on extra-terrestrial surface
